¶ New Features & Enhancements
Compared with 2023.1 released on 2023/11/1, here are the new features and enhancements provided in R2024.0 release:
- Home Page/ Recent projects,Gcodes
- Back to home page any time we want, Navigate to and open the project files or G-Code files we worked last time without hesitation.
- FUNMAT PRO 410 G1 and 0.25mm Nozzle support
- Add FUNMAT PRO 410 G1 machine type
- 0.25mm nozzle support for FUNMAT PRO 410 G1 ,FUNMAT PRO 410 G2 and FUNMAT HT
- Template name display and reset all
- Display profile Template Name and provide reset all button to reset all overrides value back
- Template update and maintainance
- All preset material, printer and profile templates can be used and maintained from legacy INTAMSUITE NEO and latest version. That is to say, once the template is built, we can use and matain them in the whole life cycle continuously. Refer to Open Legacy project files for detail.
- Custom Printers and Materials Enhancement
- Custom printer can re-use all the materials and profiles of its preset printer; Custom material can reuse all the profiles of its preset material; Custom profile can select different materials.
- Keep or discard override parameters
- Can choose to keep or discard override parameters when changing templates (happens when the material is not changed), what's more: user can keep all or part of the values, even modify some of them. In detail, please refer to the Link.
- Slicing Results out-of-date check
- The slicing results will be out-of-date if we modify models or parameters. It will have a reminding icon on results node of study browser, to remind user to re-slice to keep the results up-to-date. Refer to Open Legacy project files for detail.
- Improve the Model display and tranformation
- On computer with not powerful graphic card, improve the performance of manipulating the view and models.
- LOD Control Optimization
- Can turn off the level of detail option on some high-end computers, let user decide to speedup the display or lower the model display detail. (Preference > Model > Enable LOD Display). Refer to Preference for detail.
- Preview Enhancements
- As requested by 310 users, we can also import and preview *.ifp file in INTAMSUITE NEO to check the details now.
- New Result - Retraction: Display retraction/detraction location.
- Arrow button on Keyboard to adjust layer or step: Up/Down to adjust layers, Left/Right to adjust steps.
- Display the line count accordingly to the G-code text file
- Customize material color display in preview
- Result classification: List Travel, Starts, Retraction in options group.
- Preview Gcode or *.ifp generated by INTAMSUITE NEO, can interpret the correct machine and material types.
- Thumbnail for project and ifp file improvement: Optimize the thumbnail for project and *.ifp print files
- Mirror Model: Can mirror a model along X-Y or Y-Z, X-Z Plane
- Display models on both sides: FUNMAT PRO 310 support duplicate and mirror print mode, can preview the models on both sides on this version.
- Raft temperature can be set on different layers: Recommend temperature for Base, Middle, Top, Skin Layers based on the extruder materials
- Drag multiple models : Can drag multiple models and import them into a project
- Optimize Z weld point line: Check this option to acquire allinged line
- Tree Support
Integrate the Tree support type in this version.
- Per Model Override enhancement: Provide verticall wall shells settings for infill modifier model type.
- Initial Support Layer count: Can set larger value to strength the support structure.
¶ Material Updates:
¶ FUNMAT PRO 310
1. Optimized the printing temperature, retraction, fan settings and wall line count, to improve the appearance quality of models;
2. Optimized the first layer printing parameters of some materials to prevent the warping problem of the models;
3. Optimized the number of top skin surface layers of all materials to improve the appearance quality of the models;
4. Optimized the support scheme of all water-soluble support materials, to improve the stability of the support and the adhesion with the main model;
5. Thin-wall printing mode is automatically checked;
6. Optimized the printing scheme of all materials with small features to improve the appearance quality of models;
7. Unify the first layer height of all materials raft to 0.6 (for 0.4mm nozzle) to reduce the risk of lamination of raft;
8. Optimized the Z-seam position and improved the appearance quality of the models;
9. Optimized raft printing scheme for all materials to improve printing speed and prevent model warping;
10. In addition, three CAEP materials are added: BASF PC/ABS-FR (HIPS support material), WANHUA PA12 (SP3050 support material) and Kimya ABS-ESD (HIPS support material).
¶ FUNMAT PRO 610HT
1. Optimized the temperature parameters of high performance materials, to improve the printing quality of some feature models;
2. Optimized the raft printing scheme of high performancematerials to reduce the risk of warping;
3. Optimized the support scheme of high performance materials, making the support stripping easier;
4. Optimized the raft printing scheme of high performance materials to reduce the risk of warping;
5. Optimized the first layer support printing scheme of all materials to improve the bonding strength between the support and raft;
6. Optimized the parameters of the first layer raft to reduce the risk of lamination of raft;
¶ FUNMAT PRO 410
1. Optimized the first layer printing parameters of some materials to prevent the warping problem of the models;
2. Optimized the support pattern of all water-soluble supports to improve support stability;
3. Optimized the chamber temperature and platform temperature of some materials to improve the appearance quality of models;
4. Optimized the raft printing scheme of some materials to prevent warping problems;
¶ Fixed Issues
- Improve the Layer height display: Show the layer height correctly in some special cases. (PMS-483)
- Fixed the problem on displaying custom mateirial or profiles after rebooting INTAMSUITE NEO due to system permission (PMS-1402)
- Duplicate support blocker together with model (PMS-1471)
- Fixed the unexpected Model out of range warning due to mesh simplification in LOD display control (PMS-1470)
- Support Import/Preview *.ifp file (PMS-1499)
- Pop up Menu flickering on some computer with specific graphic card. (PMS-1435)
- Modify profile template with missing materials (PMS-1719)
- Fixed custom profile editing issue: can edit it to another material (PMS-1490)
- Fixed the value display with too many digits (PMS-511)
¶ Known Issues or Limitations
- The user interface of INTAMSUITE NEO is not supported well with 2K and higher resolution display, and 1920x1080 resolution is recommended.
- Remote print only supports FUNMAT PRO 310 currently.
- Transform all the legacy custom templates from 2023.1 to the latest version at the first time we launch 2024.0, after that we will leave the database apart on each version.
- Open INTAMSUITE V4.3 3mf file, we only support open the part models on NEO 2024.0. (Plan to optmise it in future releases)
