L nozzle temperature that the sensor detects is over threshold value (530°C)
a. Check and re-plug cable connector P1 & J6 in left interconnection board.
b. Check and re-plug cable connector J10 in main board.
c. Check if there are damages, broken, wear on the cable of temperature sensor.
d. Unplug J10 in main board, measure the resistance of L nozzle temperature sensor via pin 3&4 (Figure 01-1). It should be around 110Ω@25°C indoor temp.
e. If the resistance measured in step d is normal, Take the extruder assembly off, and Unplug J6 in left interconnection board, and measure the resistance of it. It should be around 110. (Figure 01-2). Replace the temperature sensor as needed.
f. If the resistance of left nozzle temperature is normal, replace left interconnection board. Then, replace main board.
g. Check the cable from left interconnection board to main board.
