¶ Error 221 The front door of the chamber is not closed
The front door of the chamber is not closed
¶ Steps:
a. Close the front door, and click “lock” icon in touch screen and see if error can beresolved.
b. Check LED - DS3 in main board. When door is closed, it is on, it is off reversely. c. If LED – DS3 is off when front door is closed. Replace the sensor.
