¶ SW Upgrade
¶ Touch Screen (Upper Computer)
There are 2 methods to do the SW upgrade.
Please go to INTAMSYS website - “intamsys.com” - “Software” - “Download Center” - “INTAMTOUCH” to download the latest software.
¶ Upgrade SW by flash drive
1. Extract the package(.tar) downloaded just now, then copy the 2 folders and “desktop” to USB flash drive. (An empty USB flash drive is recommended)
2. Insert flash drive to machine (the right port), go to “system”, click “upgrade” in software version. Figure - 2
3. Click “ok” to upgrade the software in popup window.
4. Click “ok” to restart the software in popup window again.
5. After software restarted, go to system and check the current version of software, confirm the upgrade succeeded.
¶ Upgrade SW by INTAMSUITE NEO
- Follow the steps in “Remote Printing & Monitoring” to establish the connection between FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO and your computer, and get access to remote control interface (Figure - 3).
2. Click “Update” icon in upper right corner (Figure - 4), and select “update software”. Then, click “select” (Figure - 4) and select the file you downloaded just now (.tar), and click “send”.
3. Once file sending was completed, click “Update now” (Figure - 5 & 6)

4. After update was completed, touch screen will be turned off and on. Then, check if the version of SW is the latest one.
