¶ Firmware Upgrade
There are 2 methods to upgrade the FW
¶ Upgrade Firmware by flash drive.
1. Go to INTAMSYS.com - “Software” - “Download Center” - “Firmware” to download the latest firmware of your printer.
2. Prepare an empty USB flash drive. Copy the file of FW that was downloaded just now to the empty flash drive, figure - 1. (make sure the file system of flash drive is FAT32)
3. Insert the flash drive into the USB slot beside the touch screen.
4. Go to “settings” and click “Upgrade” right beside “FW verision” (Figure - 2).
5. The upgrade takes only a few seconds. Switch main power off and on after upgrade was completed. Go to “settings” and check the version of current FW.
¶ Upgrade Firmware by INTAMSUITE NEO
1. Follow the steps in “Remote Printing & Monitoring” to establish the connection between FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO and your computer, and get access to remote control interface (Figure 3).
2. Click “update” icon in right upper corner and select “Update Firmware”, then select the file downloaded just now, and click “se nd”.

3. Click “update now” after file has been sent to printer (Figure - 5). After then, a message “Upgrading in progress” will pop up in the interface (Figure - 6).

4. Upgrade starts and completes in touch screen, and you'll see below pictures. (Figure - 7 & Figure - 8)
