¶ E235 - Left leveling sensor is triggered
¶ Left leveling sensor is triggered
¶ Steps:
(1) If it happened during printing, check if there are anything that can lift the leveling pin up to trigger leveling sensor by mistake. Clean the printing chamber, build-plate, nozzles and print again.
(2) Check if the leveling sensor and the trigger pin work normally. Click “system” - “machine” - “Command Line” :
- input the order “M119” in bottom blank and click “send” (Figure - 3) , the trigger pin is in free-falling state at this moment (Figure - 1), and the sensor feedback value "Z_touch: 0" should be displayed at the position of "1" on the screen.
- Lift the trigger pin by finger (Figure - 2), input the order “M119” in bottom blank and click “send” again, and the sensor feedback value "Z_touch: 1" should be displayed at the position of "2" on the screen.
If the feedback value is abnormal, please replace the leveling sensor assembly. (Step of replacement)

(3) If issue persist after replacing leveling sensor assembly, take the left extruder assembly off, re-plug plug J3 in the interconnection board (Figure - 4, position of interconnection board in extruder base). Meanwhile, re-plug plug J10 in main board (Figure - 5). Or, please replace the interconnection board in the base of left extruder assembly and the main board. (Step of replacing main board)
