Q: Will INTAMSUITE be discontinued？
A: No. INTAMSUITE will be still under maintenance until almost all of our users are satisfied with NEO.
Q: Can INTAMSUITE NEO be used for all INTAMSYS Printers？
A: Yes, including FUNMAT HT, FUNMAT RRO 310, FUNMAT RRO 410 and FUNMAT RRO 610HT. And no matter whether old or new ones. However, the function of remote print only supports FUNMAT RRO 310 at present, and it depends on INTAMTOUCH upgade in future to get the other printers supported.
Q: Does INTAMSUITE NEO work with other brand priners？
A: Not yet.
Q: What Languages can NEO support？
A: English, German, French, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese are supported currently.
Q: Is INTAMSUITE NEO supporting Mac OS？
A: Only Windows now. Mac OS is planned to release in 2024.
Q: Do the users need to upgrade printer software and firmware to use NEO？
A: No. There is no changes on our G-code standard.
Q: Does NEO come with extra cost for INTAMSYS owners?
A: No. All functions in NEO can be used at no cost.
