Q: Will INTAMSUITE be discontinued？
A: No. INTAMSUITE will be still under maintenance until almost all of our users are satisfied with NEO.
Q: Can INTAMSUITE NEO be used for all INTAMSYS Printers？
A: Yes, including FUNMAT HT, FUNMAT RRO 310 NEO, FUNMAT RRO 410 and FUNMAT RRO 610HT. And no matter whether old or new ones. The remote printing feature supports all INTAMSYS printers except FUNMAT HT.
Q: Does INTAMSUITE NEO work with other brand priners？
A: Not yet.
Q: What Languages can NEO support？
A: English, German, French, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese are supported currently.
Q: Is INTAMSUITE NEO supporting Mac OS？
A: Only Windows now. Mac OS is planned to release in 2025.
Q: Do the users need to upgrade printer software and firmware to use NEO？
A: No. There is no changes on our G-code standard. However you need update to the latest version of INTAMTOUCH in order to use remote print function.
Q: Does NEO come with extra cost for INTAMSYS owners?
A: No. All functions in NEO can be used at no cost.
Q: Where to learn INTAMSUITE NEO?
A: Online help center is provided and will be continuously enriched. You can leverage this center for learning by yourself.
