¶ Driving Motor – Z Axis, Z Limit Sensor & Activation Flag
¶ Steps:
a. Power machine off, unplug main power cable, use know wrench (Figure 1.4-1) to remove the back cover.
b. Unplug the cable to the motor
c. Remove 2 screws with 2.5mm Allen-Key and release the coupling. Figure 6.1-1 (Rotate the coupling and remove the other screw)
d. Remove 4 screws with 3mm Allen-Key that fixing the motor. Figure 6.1-2
e. For Z limit sensor, unplug the cables and remove screws, then take them off. Loosen the screw a bit that fixing the flag (Figure 6.1-4), move it up or down to adjust the highest/lowest position of build-plate. Please contact with INTAMSYS service team before adjusting it.
