¶ X Rail
a. Take extruder assembly off
b. Loosen the tension of X driving belt. Refer to the step of Y-rails, separate the linear bearing with extruder assembly mounting block. Then, take the driving belt off. (Notice: if there’s no tension meter in the field, it’s better to mark the positions of the stuffs related to belt tension referring to Y-rails replacement, in order to recover the belt tension when doing the recovery)
c. Remove the screws of X rail and take it off. When install the new rail, make sure the rail touches the 2 limit blocks. Put all screws back (don’t tighten them at all). Then tighten the screws from the center to 2 edges gradually.
