¶ Chamber Heater
¶ Steps:
a. Move build-plate up to top. Turn machine off, and unplug main power cable.
b. Open front door, and remove 14 screws with 2.5mm Allen-Key that fixing the lower cover (Figure 4.1-1)
c. Remove 6 screws fixing the heater cover with 2.5mm Allen- Key. Figure 4.1-2
d. Use 8mm wrench to remove the 2 nuts (blue highlighted in Figure 4.1-3) and disconnect power cable to heater.
e. Use 24mm wrench to remove the 2 nuts and washers (red highlighted in Figure 4.1-3) separating the heater and the mount. Then, take the heater out of chamber.
f. To replace the overheat protection switch, unplug the 2 power cables and remove 2 screws with 2.5mm Allen-Key. Then take it off the heater’s mount. Figure 4.1-4
