¶ 2.3 Chamber Heater
1. Disconnect the main power.
2. Remove the left cover of machine by the knob wrench. Figure 2.3 - 1
3. Cut and remove the heat-shrinkable tubes. Figure 2.3 - 2
4. Remove the power cable from the heater with 8 mm wrench Figure 2.3 - 3. Notice the washes.
5. Remove the 6 lock nuts with 5.5mm socket driver on 2 sides of left heater, and take it off. Figure 2.3 - 4. Same way to deal with the right one.
Notice: #1 when recovering, don’t tighten the screw all the way down, the heat-insulation foam and the frame could be damaged. Just make the lock nuts touch the foam and press it down a little.
#2 Prepare new heat-shrinkable tube in advance, protect the power connection port with them for electrical insulation. (Figure 2.3 - 5)
