The error will occur when the cable of this sensor is broken and touching somewhere causing short of circuit, or the sensor is damaged or else.
(1) Use the knob wrench to remove the back cover of printer, locate the plug-J45 in the lower left corner of main board, and unplug it ( Figure -1 ). Then locate the wiring terminal of build-plate heater in Z axis, use the meter to measure the resistance of temp sensor of build-plate ( 2 wiring ports with sign of “T” ). Normally, the resistance value should be around 100KΩ@ 25°C ( the value in Figure - 3 is 90kΩ because of the indoor temp, it's a normal value ). If the resistance value had a very big difference, please replace the build-plate heater. (Step of replacement)

(2) If the resistance value measured via the 2 ports in wiring terminal is normal, then measure the resistance value via the 2 pins of J45. Normally, the value should be around 100KΩ@ 25°C ( Figure - 3, because of the variation of indoor temp, the value in Figure - 3 is 75.3kΩ, it's a normal value, it's just an example here). If the resistance value had a very big difference, please replace the cable inside the umbilical track (cable from main board to wiring termial).
(3) If nothing abnormal after above 2 steps, please replace the main board. (step of replacement)
