¶ Arrange Models on the Build Plate
Besides moving, rorating and scaling models, you can use other commands in right click menu and ribbon→model tab to adjust and arrange model on the build plate.
¶ Add Models
That is the Add Models button under ribbon→model tab, which will open a dialog where you can locate files. You can also add files to the project with drag-and-drop.
- Model Browser: all models are listed in order they were added. The model can be select via clicking the browser node as well.
- Model Attributes: geometrical information of the selected models are calculated and displayed here, including triangles, edges, non-manifold edgs, error orientation faces and size.
¶ Arrange All Models
When multiple models are imported or many instances of the same model are created, itcould be very time-consuming to arrange them. This tool can distribute the objects over the entire build plate automatically with a reasonable gap between them.
¶ Duplicate Selected Models
Create a number of instances of selected model in rectangular pattern. You can decide whether group all of them or not.
¶ Clean Build Plate
Delete all modelson the build plate for all studies in current project.
¶ Reset All Models
Reset all model transformations to orginal ones.
