The temperature of build-plate recognized by system is over the up limitation (160。C).
(1) Use the knob wrench to remove the back cover of printer, locate the plug J45 in main board, re-plug it, power printer on and do a test printing.
(2) If re-plugging J45 didn't work, locate the wiring terminal of build-plate heater. Figure - 2
(3) Unplug plug-J45 in main board first, use the meter to measure the resistance of temp sensor of build-plate ( 2 wiring ports with sign of “T” ). Normally, the resistance value should be around 100KΩ@ 25°C ( the value in Figure - 3 is 90kΩ because of the indoor temp, it's a normal value ). If the resistance value had a very big difference, please replace the build-plate heater. (Step of replacement)
(4) If issue persist after build-plate heater replacement, please replace the main board. Or, if the build-plate starts being heated right away after machine was powered on and can’t be stopped even target or up limitation is reached, it means the main board has issues. Replace the mainboard. (Step of replacement)
